Your ticket is usually emailed to you, and should come up as a message from the ticketing site it was purchased from (i.e. Ticketmaster, Seetickets, AXS, etc.). Be sure to check your spam folder and your promotions tab in your email, as it sometimes will send to there. If you still can’t find it, please refer to the venue’s FAQ’s for their box office contact.

If the show is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the postponed date. However, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise noted. We’re sometimes able to give refunds in the case of a cancellation, but only if this is announced to the public by Golden Era Rave.
